PRINTING
We have partnered with Spreadshirt,
a production and fulfillment center to handle payment
processing, production, shipping, and after-sales service.
This partnership allows us to keep our priority on
creating unique designs and providing economic, high
quality shirts.
When we started this company, our main requirement
was to use high quality printing. Respectfully, we
did not want the printing quality of our shirts to
be like Cafe Press or Zazzle. Our shirts ARE NOT
iron-on's or digital prints. All of our shirts
are Plot Printed.
Plot Prints will not fade, soft and comfortable.
Plot prints simply last a long time compared to
silkscreens. Tests have shown that the form
and color of the plot
prints barely change after 100 washes. The prints
are
a polyurethane material that has a smooth finish.
It is heat pressed at over 350 degrees until the
material
permanently adheres to the fibers of the garment.
It is available in dozens of colors that include
such
specialty surfaces as metallic, neon, glitter and
glow-in-the-dark.
